Bankruptcy Orders

The Charity may consider grants to assist people with the payment of court fees in connection with applications for a Bankruptcy Order. All applications should be accompanied by a covering letter from a supporting agency and a financial statement. Any funds awarded will be distributed as a payment to the organisation supporting the application. Please note, we are unable to send funds directly to the applicant.

Applicants should have been resident within the City of Oxford for at least three years prior to applying.
